Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Digitalaxiss and the business that creates a Axiss Leads account (“you”). By creating an account or using Axiss Leads, you agree to them.
1. The service
Axiss Leads lets your business collect, assign and follow up on sales leads. We may add, change or remove features over time. Some features are marked “coming soon” and are not yet available.
2. Accounts and your team
- The person who creates the account is its admin and is responsible for the people they add.
- Keep passwords private. You are responsible for activity under your logins; tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement on behalf of your business.
3. Plans and payment
- Plans and prices are shown in the app. During our launch offer, Axiss Leads is free of charge.
- Before we start charging, we will tell account admins in advance. You can stop using Axiss Leads at any time.
- Message charges from third parties (for example WhatsApp) are billed as described when those features are offered.
4. Your data and acceptable use
- You own the lead data you put into Axiss Leads. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for collecting leads lawfully and having consent to contact them, including under India's DPDP Act, TRAI rules and WhatsApp's and Meta's policies.
- Do not use Axiss Leads for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or to break into or overload our systems.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep Axiss Leads available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Digitalaxiss is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost deals). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Axiss Leads in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may end the service with 30 days' notice. You can ask for an export of your leads before closing.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction.
